BAC Group launches third edition of All Star Festival in Tamale

The All Star Festival promises something for everyone, uniting football enthusiasts and communities in celebration

The Business Africa Consulting Group Limited (The BAC Group) has officially launched the third edition of the All Star Festival at Mariam Hotel in Tamale in the Northern Region.

The festival will take place in June 2024.

This off-season football extravaganza is meant to unite international football icons and local talents, showcasing Ghanaian culture and fostering a deeper connection between players and fans.

The All Star Festival, now in its third edition, promises a series of exhilarating events climaxing with a thrilling football match. With the first and second editions being held in Accra in 2022 and Dormaa in 2023 and leaving lasting impressions on the communities and participants, Tamale is poised to deliver an unforgettable experience to patrons.

Preparations are already underway to ensure the seamless execution of the event, with the BAC Group leaving no stone unturned. From cultural showcases to interactive fan experiences, the All Star Festival promises something for everyone, uniting football enthusiasts and communities in celebration.

Past editions of the festival have featured football stars like AFCON Winner, Frank Kessie, the Ayew Brothers ( Andre and Jordan ), Mubarak Wakaso, Emmanuel Boateng, Felix Afena-Gyan and former Ghana Coach, Avram Grant among others.

The Tamale Metropolis has produced iconic players for Ghana including the three-time African Player of the Year, Abedi Ayew Pele, Didi Dramani, Anane Kobo, Mohammed Gargo, Amosa Gbadamosie, Habib Mullah, Shills Illiasu as well as notable football administrators like the late Alhaji M N D Kayla, Haruna Iddrisu, Jones Alhassan Abu, Dr Abdul Issahaku and Kassim Perez.

As anticipation builds, football fans and enthusiasts should expect an electrifying atmosphere in Tamale come June 2024.

Also, in attendance at the launch include regional sports development officer, PRO VC UDS, Northern Regional Minister, Tamale Dakpemah and some legends of northern football.
