I haven’t been in a relationship for the past three years, says Kwabena Kwabena

Award-winning highlife musician, George Kwabena Adu, popularly known as Kwabena Kwabena has said that he has experienced a lot of heartbreaks that is why has decided to stay single.

“And I feel like there’s a lot that I need to achieve as a person before I invite another person in [my life] again,” he told host of Café 99.5 Caroline Sampson.

“Broken heart taught me that you can’t lose yourself in every situation,” he said “The reason why I closed my doors is because I want to save my sanity.”

According to him, although he has been in the media space for 18 years and he believes his music is evergreen, he still has a lot to achieve as a person.

He added that he doubts finding a wife will be such an easy task for him.

“Eventually if I’m able to find a match, who is the same frequency as me then I’m going to have a wonderful life.”

New song: ‘Afraid to lose you’

Kwabena Kwabena released a new and amazing tune, ‘Afraid To Lose You’ a few weeks ago.

According to him, ‘Afraid to lose’ you is a song he wrote for myself.

“I get broken to the extent that sometimes, I don’t like what I do to myself. This song is to teach you that the biggest person you should be afraid to lose is yourself and nobody else, and by doing so you can create a better person for yourself.”
