NPP appoints monitoring teams for 4 November primaries, Gary Nimako leads the Ashanti team

A lawyer in private practice who doubles as the director of legal of the NPP, Gary Nimako, leads a team of four assigned to the Ashanti Region

The presidential elections committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has appointed regional monitoring teams who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the 4 November presidential primaries for and on behalf of the party.

“The Presidential Election Committee of the New Patriotic Party is pleased to constitute a regional monitoring team for each region to coordinate and supervise the 4 November 2023, Presidential Elections in their respective regions on our behalf” the letter of appointment signed by William Yamoah, secretary to the presidential elections committee read.

“All issues pertaining to the elections should be reported immediately to the presidential elections committee. At this crucial time, we will rely on the unwavering support and cooperation of all stakeholders involved in this important exercise” the appointment letter further read.

A lawyer in private practice who doubles as the director of legal affairs of the NPP, Gary Nimako, leads a team of four who have been assigned to the Ashanti Region, the stronghold of the NPP. The other three members of the Ashanti Region team are Lawyer Shadrack Obeng Yeboah, Mr. Gyimah Abaidoo, and Dennis Santiago.

In the Greater Accra Region, the three-member monitoring team is led by Madam Afua Gyekyewaa. The remaining two members are Ms. Norley Ashietey and H.E. R. O Solomon.

In the Eastern Region, Lawyer Frank Davies will lead the three-member team and he will be supported by Dr. George Krobeah Asante and Lawyer Seth Peprah. Below are the remaining regional monitoring teams;
