Chance the Rapper, over from America, represented Ghana the motherland in a new freestyle as he rapped a few lines in Twi
The American rapper, singer and record producer Chance the Rapper has recently released a new freestyle that has generated a buzz because of the tribute he paid to Ghana.
The rapper performed songs and raps about Ghanaian tradition and culture in the United States of America.
The rapper used some Twi words in the song and mentioned some popular towns/areas in Ghana (Kumasi and Osu).
Starting with “Akwaaba”, he talked about how Ghana gained freedom through its first president, Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
He showed pride in Africa with his freestyle and how some African leaders have exhibited great black leadership and excellence to protect their people.
The video quickly went viral after fans on Instagram reacted to it.
