Ghanaians are mourning their departed towering leader, Jerry John Rawlings, who ushered the West African country into its longest democracy since 1992.
The former military ruler died on 12 November 2020 after a short illness in the nation’s capital, Accra.
A public viewing of his remains at the Accra International Conference Centre started Monday 25 January and ends Tuesday ahead of his burial service on Wednesday 27 January at Black Star Square.
