Access Bank appoints Akosua Biama Aboagye as chief financial officer

Access Bank Ghana has appointed Akosua Biama Aboagye as its chief financial officer, a statement from the bank said.

Her appointment took effect from 17 November 2023.

She joins the bank with an impressive background, accumulating over 18 years of experience in finance and audit.

Her professional journey includes notable positions at KPMG and Donewell Insurance, where she honed her skills and demonstrated her commitment to excellence.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Political Science and has furthered her education with an Executive MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana.

Akosua is also a distinguished Chartered Accountant, accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK).

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Akosua is an avid bibliophile, reflecting her intellectual curiosity. Her passion for cooking not only adds a delightful personal touch but also underscores her dedication to creativity and precision.
