Indian high commissioner explores business opportunities in Bono East

Sugandh Rajaram is looking forward to sign a deal aimed at securing mutual business opportunities in the future at the end of his visit

The Indian High Commissioner to Ghana, Sugandh Rajaram, is on a four-day working visit to the Bono East Region to assess investment potentials of the area.

His visit is scheduled to end 10 February 2022.

The regional minister Kwasi Adu Gyan said India can invest in the areas of agriculture, agro-processing, education and tourism.

Rajaram is looking forward to sign a deal aimed at securing mutual business opportunities in the future at the end of his visit.

He is also expected to pay a courtesy call on the Techiman traditional council. As part of the visit, he will also engage with the media on Monday.

Rajaram will also visit the Kintampo Fuller Falls, Kintampo College of Health, and the Boabeng-Fiema Monkeys Sanctuary in the Nkoranza North District. Also, he will tour Atebubu-Amantin to access the potentials of the Amantin agro-processing factory and also visit the Ghana Nuts Company Limited in Techiman.
