Ho: NSS personnel undergo skills training

As part of the celebrations for this year's conference, the 'I Am Worth it Project' (IAWI), a Canadian company, and NASPA collaborated to provide the NSS personnel with soft skills training.

The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has held its 2022 annual mini congress in Ho, the regional capital of the Volta Region.

The 13th congress was attended by regional and national executives of the association.

As part of the celebrations for this year’s conference, the ‘I Am Worth it Project’ (IAWI), a Canadian company, and NASPA collaborated to provide the NSS personnel with soft skills training.

The personnel were taken through leadership skills, time management, team work, solution thinking, client experience and sales, mindset development among others.

“Work on your mindset,” Tammy Shergger, one of the resource persons, told the personnel. “It starts with your mindset and if you don’t believe in yourself no one else is going to believe in you.”

The training is expected to help the personnel prepare well for the job market.
