Kumawood actor Osei Tutu dies

The famous Kumawood actor Osei Tutu Nyamekese has died in the early hours of Tuesday (17 May), friends and family members have confirmed.
Nyamekese reportedly died in his sleep, according to Sunsum Ahuofe, a colleague actor in the industry.
He said Tutu’s death came as a shock to him because he was full of life.
However, Ahuofe told a section of the media that Nyamekese had recovered from an illness a few months ago.
The veteran actor has been in the Kumawood industry for over a decade and has worked with the likes of Lil Win, Ras Nene, Kyeiwaa, Emelia Brobbey, Agya Koo, and Kwaku Manu, among others.
