NPA to defaulting OMCs: Pay your debt by end of September or …

The NPA says it shall publish the names of the directors and shareholders of the defaulting OMCs who fail to settle their debt by the end of September

The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) is threatening to take legal action against some 45 Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) who are owing the authority to the tune of GHC68 million.

A notice issued by the NPA on Monday (12 September ), said the regulator shall publish the names of the directors and shareholders of the defaulting OMCs who fail to settle their debt by the end of September.
