The Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC, renowned for its mortgage banking services has inaugurated a specialized mortgage hub in Kumasi to address the housing shortage among customers in Ghana’s northern sector.

The mortgage hub, operating for the past two years, will efficiently serve customers in Ashanti, Bono, Western, and Northern Regions, facilitating stress-free home acquisition.

Dan Adjetey Mohenu, Head of Mortgage Banking & Customer Experience, highlighted the Republic Bank’s mortgage products, offering customers property ownership opportunities at significantly reduced rates.
