GRA gets set to implement E-Levy

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) said the implementation of the E-Levy will be done in three phases

The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) is getting ready to implement the E-Levy as Parliament and the government sort out any pending issues with its passage.

The GRA said the implementation of the E-Levy will be done in three phases.

A letter signed by the commissioner general, Rev Dr Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah said, “As you may be aware, the Electronic Transfer Levy Bill is under consideration by Parliament. While we await the passage of the Bill into law, I wish to inform you to hold yourself in readiness for the implementation of the levy in three phases as soon as the Bill is passed into law.”
