Meet Kojo Dei: The 2023 most outstanding student in communication and development studies at Ohio University

A Ghanaian, Victor Kojo Dei has emerged as the 2023 Most Outstanding Student in communication and development studies at Ohio University in the US.

Kojo Dei graduated with a 4.0 grade point average (GPA) from the prestigious university after receiving the award at the CIS ceremony, held by the school to celebrate students who have excelled.

According to the university, Kojo Dei’s vast expertise spans reporting, news anchoring and moderating chat shows, to editing online news articles focusing on cultural, health and educational topics.

Before that he was a committed reporter for the University of Cape Coast and a member of the Ghanaian Institute of Public Relations.

Doctorate

The University of Cape Coast alumnus is leaving no stone unturned as he moves on to pursue a doctorate in health communication at the University of Kentucky in September.

“We are thrilled to share that Victor will be pursuing a PhD in health dommunication at the University of Kentucky this fall. Congratulations, Snr Kojo Dei!” Ohio University said.
