OSP petitioned over alleged procurement breaches at NPA

A Ghanaian has in a petition to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OS) alleges that the NPA did not follow laid down procedure in the renewal of a contract with a company

A private citizen, Elikem Kotoku has petitioned the Office of the Special Prosecutor to investigate alleged procurement breaches at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).

Kotoku argues the NPA did not follow laid down procedure in the renewal of a contract between the authority and Nationwide Technology Limited under the National Fuel Marking Scheme.

In a letter addressed to the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng, the petitioner said the OSP must institute a full scale investigation and to punish the culprits.
