The executive secretary of the National Identification Authority (NIA), Kenneth Attafuah, is in Parliament to brief the House on the electoral commission’s proposed Constitutional Instrument (CI).
The draft CI identifies the Ghana Card as the primary document for voter registration in the lead up to the 2024 elections.
