Write for World appoints Korsi Bodja as board chairman

Write for World is involved in the provision of educational facilities and empowerment programmes for vulnerable women and children

Write for World, a non-profit organisation based in the Volta Region, has appointed the Volta Regional Organiser of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Korsi Bodja, as the chairman of the organisation’s governing board.

Apart from his political career, he’s known for his philanthropic roles. He was appointed at the organisation’s annual general meeting.

Bodja is expected to provide innovative policies to enable the organisation undertake good programmes.

The executive director of Write for World, Jonas Mabe, said Bodja was appointed for his “unwavering support for the organisation’s mission and vision, which you selflessly dedicated yourself to upholding.”

Jonas added that over the years, Bodja has contributed enormously to the organisation’s projects and programmes.

Mabe said the organisation is on a mission to “combine the synergy of our young professional members with expertise in education, research, and entrepreneurship to change lives,” adding that their vision is “To make the world of the youth better through positive and purpose-driven writing and conscious and tailor-made skills.”
