Ghanaian footballers across Europe’s top leagues produced a mixed bag of results this weekend, with some excelling and others enduring frustrating outings. Here’s a closer look at their performances:
Premier League
- West Ham’s Kudus a Double-Edged Sword: Mohammed Kudus played a full 90 minutes for West Ham in their 2-2 draw against Liverpool, assisting Jarrod Bowen’s opener. However, his overall performance was average, with an 8/16 success rate in ground duels and a 65% pass accuracy.
- Crystal Palace’s Schlupp Scores Dramatic Equaliser: Coming on as a substitute for fellow Ghanaian Jordan Ayew in the 76th minute, Jeffery Schlupp made a decisive impact for Crystal Palace.
