Lawyer Ralph Opoku Adusei has emerged the winner in the NPP parliamentary primaries for Bekwai.

The results, declared by the Electoral Commission Officer in Bekwai, reveal a commanding performance by Adusei, securing 662 votes, which constitutes 70% of the total votes cast.

COP George Alex Mensah (RTD) trailed with 245 votes (26%), while Henry Opoku Adusei obtained 30 votes (3%) and Kingsley Opoku Agyeman managed 1 vote (0.001%). Two ballots were rejected.
