Residents of Ntinanko endorse Ralph Poku-Adusei NPP Bekwai parliamentary bid

Lawyer Ralph received the endorsement on Saturday 14 October 2023, when he visited the Ntinanko electoral area to attend a funeral

Residents of Ntinanko, a suburb in the Bekwai constituency in the Ashanti Region have endorsed the candidature of lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei ahead of the upcoming New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary primaries in the constituency.

Lawyer Ralph received the endorsement on Saturday 14 October 2023, when he visited the Ntinanko electoral area, to pay his last rests to Esther Adoma, the deceased daughter of an NPP delegate, whose final funeral rites were being performed.

As an indigene of Bekwai, Ralph Poku-Adusei lived his early life in the constituency up until he completed his secondary education. After leaving the constituency to pursue higher education in other parts of the country as well as in the United Kingdom (UK), Mr Poku-Adusei has been mindful to return to the constituency and to give back to it being the place where he was socialized.

As a result, lawyer Ralph is credited with several socially impactful projects in the Bekwai municipal area which has gone a long way to improve the living standards of the inhabitants of the constituency.

On Thursday 12 October 2023, New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate hopeful for the Bekwai constituency was mobbed by attendees of a one-week funeral celebration in Asokwa, also a suburb in Bekwai.

Ralph Poku-Adusei was in the Asokwa area in the constituency to commensurate with the family of one of his loyal supporters who had lost his mother.

Lawyer Ralph as he is widely known in the Bekwai constituency, is said to be the leading contender among several candidates who are hoping to replace the sitting NPP MP for the Bekwai constituency, Joseph Osei Owusu, (Joe Wise).

The women at the funeral who went into a frenzy when lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei arrived at the funeral grounds were heard shouting accolades such, “Lawyer Ralph, the young but wise man,” “the young man who contends with the elderly” among others.

Lawyer Ralph went to all the family members and sympathizers at the funeral grounds and shook hands with everyone of wishing them well. He assured them that on the funeral date, he would personally come to mourn with them.
