Two second half goals from Emmanuel Mamah and Evans Osei-Wusu ensured that Timber Giants maintained their perfect record at home to take a two- point lead at the top of the league standings.
Heart of Lions remain bottom of the standings as they continue the search for their first win of the campaign.
Aduana FC earlier on Saturday suffered their third defeat in five games as Nations FC extended their winning streak to five games, winning 2-1 at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese.
