Theophilus Tawiah donates 20 LED streetlights to NPP Huniso-Pepesa electoral area

Presenting the streetlights to the Huniso-Pepesa electoral area coordinator, Mr Tawiah said he is committed to the Prestea H. V. constituency

Lawyer in private practice and New Patriotic Party (NPP) aspiring parliamentary candidate for the Prestea Huni Valley constituency in the Western Region, Theophilus Tawiah, has donated twenty (20) light-emitting diode (LED) streetlights and its accessories to his constituents in Huniso-Pepesa electoral area located in the constituency.

The items, worth fifty thousand Ghana cedis (GHc 50,000), was presented on Friday, 1 September 2023. It is expected that the items once installed, will help improve general security in the electoral area.

Committed to serve

Presenting the streetlights in-person to Richard Osei, the Huniso-Pepesa electoral area coordinator, Mr Tawiah indicated that he is committed to the well-being of the Prestea Huni Valley constituency and all electoral areas within the constituency.

“My commitment and love for this constituency is unwavering. It is my hope that when these streetlights are installed, they will help in enhancing the security of the community and its general development” Theophilus Tawiah said.

“I can assure you all that I will not relent in my efforts aimed at ensuring that we join forces together to develop the Prestea Huni Valley constituency in an enviable constituency that will be comparable to any of the developed constituencies in our country” Tawiah Added.

New energy

Richard Osei, the Huniso-Pepesa electoral area coordinator, after receiving the items, indicated that the donation has earned the admiration of opinion leaders and indigenes of Huniso-Pepesa community at large.

“Lawyer Tawiah support has garnered immense gratitude from the people of Huniso-Pepesa electoral area including the assembly member, unit committee members and other members of the community. This gesture has also injected hope and excitement into the NPP’s prospects ahead of the 2024 general elections” Osei said.
