Asaase Radio hosts 2023 Kormifest on 1 December

The Festival is part of activities to mark the Farmers' Day celebration on Friday (1 December)

The Kormi Festival is part of activities to mark the Farmers’ Day celebration on Friday (1 December). 

Speaking on the Asaase Breakfast Show on Tuesday (28 November), the co-founder of KormiFest, Marjwell Masopeh, said, “for us at KormiFest, we are celebrating kenkey, we are proud of what we have and who we are.”

“When you come to KormiFest, you will find the Gen Z generation; you will find the Generation X; there are those from the 80s as well. Everyone appreciates kenkey,” she added.

Come ready to indulge in a feast of flavours.

The aroma of sizzling dishes will fill the air, tempting the taste buds of all who pass by. 

The 8th edition of the Kormi Festival will have all kinds of kenkey from Ga Kenkey, Fante Kenkey, Millet kenkey and others with 23 different proteins.
