The police have arrested one person in connection with the murder of Joshua Lartey, the Oshipi of Ashalaja near Amasaman in the Greater Accra Region.
The suspect was arrested based on police intelligence, an official statement said.
A statement issued by the police on Monday (7 March) said the deceased was attacked by five suspects namely; Rashid Mohammed, Brown Amoah Akwanor, Nii Obene, Ayitey Animie and Mushe Akwanor.
The police have called on the public to volunteer information leading to the arrest of the remaining suspects.
