A delegate from the Manhyia North Constituency in the Ashanti Region has been arrested after he was spotted taking photos of a ballot paper with his phone during the NPP flagbearer election.
He has since been whisked away by armed police officers who were stationed at the Wesley College of Education polling centre.
The voting process has generally been peaceful across the country.
