Okoe-Boye donates ambulance to Teshie Community Clinic

The Health Minister-designate said he was hopeful the ambulance will serve the clinic and the community very well

The Health Minister-designate, Bernard Okoe-Boye, has donated a brand new ambulance to the Teshie Community Clinic.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday (20 February) Okoe-Boye said, “I had the privilege of donating a brand new ambulance to the Teshie community clinic.”

“This clinic that serves as the first point of call in medical emergencies, has had to depend on taxi drivers to transport the citizenry to referral hospitals.”

Okoe-Boye added that the essence of leadership is to address problems.

“The charge of those in positions is to fill the gaps that exist. I thank the almighty for providing me with men and women ready to help me deal with some of the challenges that confront us.”
