GMPA ’23: Asaase Radio’s King Lagazee up for Entertainment Personality of the Year

King Lagazee, the award-winning radio personality and host of Yaad Settingz on Asaase 99.5 Accra, has been nominated for Radio Entertainment Show Personality of the Year at the Ghana Media Personality Awards ’23.
Lagazee is competing for the award with Andy Dosty (Hitz FM), Naa Dzama (YFM), Wiabe YB (Owass FM), Herty (Empire FM), Macall Mensah (Beach FM), Mcee Flexal (Swiss FM), Abena Kay Yiadom (YFM), Kojo Preko Dankwa (Kessben FM) and George Quaye (Joy FM).
Lagazee has made Asaase the home of reggae dancehall and sound system culture in Ghana.
With over two decades of experience in the media space, King Lagazee has carved a unique identity as an excellent radio and TV personality, DJ and sound system selector with a burning passion for Jamaican reggae and dancehall music culture.
Yaad Settingz airs on Asaase 99.5 Accra on Sundays from 12pm to 3pm and also on our sister stations Asaase 100.3Mhz in Cape Coast, Asaase 98.5Mhz in Kumasi and Asaase 99.7Mhz in Tamale.
