WASSCE 2022: GES warns against examination malpractice

The Ghana Education Service (GES) said all the necessary measures have been put in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams

At least 422,883 candidates are taking part in this year’s West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) written papers from today (29 August) nationwide, an official statement has said.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) said all the necessary measures have been put in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the exams.

In a statement, the GES, however, called on regional, metro, municipal and district directors, supervisors and invigilators to ensure this year’s exams is devoid of malpractice.

GES further advised all candidates to be extra conscious of activities, which will have the potential of undermining the integrity of the examination.
