Ghanaian football legend, Asamoah Gyan, has said all is set for his book launch on 30 April 2022 in the capital, Accra.
Talking to Kwaku Nhyira-Addo on The Asaase Breakfast Show on Tuesday (19 April), Gyan said: “I want my side of an often one-sided story to be heard, introducing you to names, people and influences you did not know before.”
The book outlines the strength and fortitude needed to rise to the top.
Gyan gave a hint about the book, describing it as one to “clear speculations, and set all records straight.”
The President of Ghana Nana Akufo-Addo and head of continental football body CAF, Patrice Motsepe are expected to be at the book launch.
The launch will be at Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel. Other dignitaries expected at the event include former footballer Didier Drogba and Samuel Eto.
