Vivo Energy Ghana in partnership with United Way Ghana on Thursday (9 February) officially launched an environmental project dubbed “Vivo Energy Ghana Environmental Club”.

The launch, which took place at the LA Enobal Basic School within the La Dadekotopon Municipality in the Greater Accra Region was on the theme: “Promoting environmental sustainability.”

The project aims at creating an opportunity for young learners and teachers to learn from nature, experiment, and gain insight into environmental processes such as proper waste disposal, sanitation, tree planting, and recycling.

It forms part of United Way Ghana’s improving basic education programme developed to improve the accessibility and delivery of quality education in Ghana through the collaborative efforts of relevant stakeholders.
